If so, consider joining the Berea Health and Rehabilitation team! We currently have a full-time career opportunity for a highly motivated Admissions/Marketing Coordinator.
The Admissions/Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating all admissions and establishing ongoing relationships with referral sources.
The incumbent will ultimately be responsible for census development and growth.
Job Duties:
Deliver census report to pertinent personnel.
Review new referrals and new admissions paperwork.
Complete admission paperwork.
Maintain facility's intake waiting list.
Responsible for marketing the facility in the community.
Give tours of the facility to prospective residents, families, referral sources, community partners.
Coordinate advertising/marketing endeavors including tracking and analyzing their impact/outcome.
Institute Public Relation Strategies designed to enhance public image of the facility.
Maintain active status with the facility credentialing vendor.
Has responsibility and concern for public relations with patient families and community.
Assists in coordinating the facility's services and activities with department directors.
Participates in all facility surveys.
Assists in submitting written reports to the Administrator.
Execute effective marketing strategies to attract potential customers and retain existing ones.
Participate in facility promotion at community events.
Inform community, partners, and any current or prospective stakeholder of the facility by distributing informational materials.
Serve as a liaison between internal and external stakeholders.
Participate in facility committees and audits, as needed.
Develop, maintain, and update the facility Marketing Plan each quarter and send to your regional team.
Assist with gathering, assembling, organizing, and compiling resident records.
Job Requirements:
One year experience in admissions/marketing in healthcare setting preferred.
Ability to travel.
Must be flexible with hours to accommodate admission to the facility.
